Privacy Policy
Last updated October 20, 2026
This policy explains what information Cohost Paul collects on cohostpaul.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. "We" means Paul Kim, a licensed real estate agent with Norkis & Co Realty, doing business as Cohost Paul.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email address, phone number (where requested), the link to your rental listing if you request an audit, your answers to the STR Readiness quiz, and anything you write in a message.
- What your browser gives us automatically: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, and the ad or link that brought you here.
How we use it
- To send your quiz results, the guide, or your audit, and to follow up about them.
- To schedule and hold consultations.
- To understand which pages and ads work, and to show our ads to people more likely to be interested.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information.
Meta Pixel and advertising
This site uses the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It records visits and form submissions, and with "advanced matching" it can send Meta a hashed (scrambled) version of the email, phone number, and name you enter on our forms so Meta can match you to your account and measure our ads. We do not send Meta your quiz answers, your listing link, or anything about your finances or health. You can control how Meta uses your information in your Facebook or Instagram Ad Preferences, and you can block the Pixel with your browser's tracking settings or an ad blocker.
Who else sees it
We share information only with the services that help us run the site: our website host and form service (Netlify), our scheduling tool (Google Calendar), our email provider, and Meta as described above. They may use it only to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. If you ask for a consultation or audit, your information goes to Paul Kim and, where relevant, Norkis & Co Realty.
Calls, texts, and email
If you give your phone number and agree, we may call or text you about your request, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you and keep our business records, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or stop all contact, by emailing paul@cohostpaul.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no website or service can promise perfect security.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
