Paul Kim is a Central Florida real estate agent and short-term rental consultant who has both sold STR properties and run them. He has 10 years in short-term rentals across several regions, including 6 years operating units in Central Florida, about a mile from Disney.
What I do
I help people buy, launch, and run short-term rentals in Central Florida. I start with the business, not the house: who the guest is, what they need, and a concept built around it. Then we find a property that fits, check the zoning and HOA rules before anyone falls in love with it, and get it launched.
"Cohost Paul" is the name I've hosted under for years. Today I work as a licensed agent and consultant. For owners who already have a rental, I run Steward Host Support Services, a turnover support service at Blue Heron.
